MEMBERS PORTAL UPDATE

Dear Workspace Members,

We are excited to announce some upcoming changes to your members portal. Workspace 333 Collins and Geelong will be moving into the AccelerateX members portal on September first in line with the recent acquisition.

What This Means for You:

  • Access to more locations: You will have access to book meeting rooms, day passes, and hot desks in all CreativeCubes.Co locations.
  • Meeting room credit use: You can use your meeting room credit in both Workspace locations and all CreativeCubes.Co locations.

What's Changing:

  • Different access: Bookings at other Workspace365 locations are still available however need to be booked by our reception team.
  • Meeting room credit use: Your meeting room credits will be available at 333 Collins, Geelong, and all CreativeCubes.Co locations however won't apply to other Workspace365 locations.
  • New member app: The CreativeCubes.Co app will be updated to AccelerateX and will include the Workspace 333 Collins and Geelong locations. You can download the app here in preparation for September first.

Timeline & Support:

  • Transition date: The transition is planned for September first. We’ll keep you updated as the date approaches.
  • Questions & assistance: Our team is ready to assist you throughout this transition. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need support.

What You Need to Do:

  • New login: You will receive an invitation to join AccelerateX via email. Please accept the invitation and create a new password.
  • Update your profile: We encourage you to upload your personal and company profile pictures on the new platform.
  • Check your account: We recommend verifying your meeting room bookings, profile details, current team members, and payment information.
